Standard shipping time within the US is 5-7 business days;

Express shipping usually takes 2-5 business days;

International orders usually take 7-20 business days (may vary slightly depending on the region and customs clearance).

3. Can I track my order?

Yes. After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery progress in real time on the logistics website.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we support international shipping. Shipping costs and estimated arrival time will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight.

5. What if there is a problem with the goods I receive?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide relevant photos or video descriptions. We will arrange a return or refund for you as soon as possible after verification.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?
